Crazy Courage Workouts

These page is dedicated to the "Chipper" style workouts I have written for bootcamp classes, private clients and the infamous "Friday Fun-Day" workouts that my groups came to enjoy so much.

I do not recommend using these in your programming on a regular basis, perhaps 2-3 times per month if you are serious about making legitimate athletic gains.  If you just enjoy a fun, prolonged workout however, take you pick and enjoy!

"Mazo Mania"
800 meter run
100 squats w/ 25# plate
50 push ups
25 pull ups
800 meter run
100 KB swings 26#
50 Box jumps 20"
25 sit ups
400 meter run
30 push press 75/45
30 sumo deadlift high pulls 75/45
10 burpees

Do the strength exercises (triplets) in any order you want within their own portion of the workout (this means that the squat, push ups and pull ups can be done in any order you'd like.  Finish them all, then move to the next run)

800 meter run
50 squats
40 push ups
30 pull ups
20 box jumps 24"
10 squat cleans 135#
10 push presses 135#
20 burpees
30 GHD sit ups
40 KB swings 24kg
50 double unders
800 meter run 

Pretty straight forwards, just do for time.  I got this in just over 20 minutes the first time I did it, it's fun as hell!
